These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, and services provided by Tribe Apps LLC ("Tribe Apps," "we," "us," or "our"), including LeashLife, CannaPulse, tribeapps.com, and any software we build and host for clients (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account, accessing, or using any of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Tribe Apps is an independent app studio. We provide our own products — including LeashLife, a whole-household, multi-species pet-care app, and CannaPulse, a cannabis-market data platform — and we design, build, and host software for client businesses. Individual products may have additional product-specific terms, which supplement these Terms. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live. Some Services carry a higher age requirement: CannaPulse and any cannabis-related features are intended only for adults who meet the minimum legal age for cannabis in their jurisdiction (generally 21). You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you.
Some Services require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at our contact form if you suspect unauthorized use. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Services — for example, in LeashLife, your household details, pet records, photos, and care logs ("Your Content"). You grant Tribe Apps a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and process Your Content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Services and to provide them to you and the people you share with. You are responsible for Your Content and for having the rights necessary to share it.
The Services, including their software, design, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks (such as "Tribe Apps," "LeashLife," and "CannaPulse"), are owned by Tribe Apps LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted to you, we reserve all rights. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Services without our permission.
The Services rely on and may link to third-party services — for example, Supabase for hosting and data storage, email-delivery providers, map and location providers, and, where offered, Stripe for payments. Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, and linking to them is not an endorsement.
Some Services are offered for a fee. Prices and billing terms are shown before you buy, and payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. Every plan also has a free tier you can stay on indefinitely; a paid plan is never required to keep using what you already have.
Free trial. Screenfire and LeashLife Walker Pro include a 14-day free trial. We collect a payment method when you start, but nothing is charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time before then and you will not be charged at all. If no valid payment method is on file when the trial ends, the subscription simply cancels — we will not chase you for payment for a trial.
Automatic renewal. Paid plans are subscriptions. Unless you cancel, they renew automatically at the end of each billing period — monthly plans every month, annual plans every year — and the payment method on file is charged the then-current price for that plan. If we change the price of a plan you are on, we will tell you before the change takes effect, and you will always have the chance to cancel first.
How to cancel. You can cancel yourself, at any time, without contacting us and without giving a reason:
If you would rather a person did it, write to us through tribeapps.com/contact and we will cancel it for you. We do not require a phone call, and we do not put cancellation behind a retention conversation.
What happens when you cancel. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then stops — we do not cut you off the moment you cancel. After that you drop to the free tier rather than losing your account. Cancelling does not delete your data; you can delete that separately at any time, and for LeashLife the safety features (lost-pet alerts, collar tags, the fire-rescue card, emergency contacts and vet health-card sharing) remain free on every plan.
Refunds. Because you can cancel at any time and keep the period you paid for, we do not refund the unused part of a billing period, except where the law where you live requires it — those rights always apply and nothing here removes them. If you were charged in error, charged after cancelling, or something we sold you did not work, tell us at tribeapps.com/contact and we will put it right rather than argue about it.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. LeashLife supports your care of your pets but is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice; CannaPulse provides market information and does not constitute legal, medical, or financial advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tribe Apps LLC and its members, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tribe Apps LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Services, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Services or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in New Hampshire will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.
