Privacy Policy

LeashLife. To run your household, we collect the account email you sign up with; the household members you invite; information about your pets (names, species, breed, and care details); care, feeding, and medication logs; photos you add; and, only while a walk or ride is actively in progress, GPS/location data for that activity. We ask for location only when an activity starts — not in the background and not before it's needed.

CannaPulse. For early access, we collect the email you provide and whether you identify as a shopper or a business/dispensary audience.

tribeapps.com (marketing site). We collect waitlist and contact emails you submit, and analytics about site usage (such as pages viewed and general device/browser information) through Google Analytics. When you send the contact form or join an early-access list, Google Analytics is also told that an enquiry happened and which product it was about — never your name, your email address, or anything you wrote.

We use the information we collect to:

• provide, operate, secure, and improve the Services;
• create and manage your account and household, and enable sharing with people you invite;
• power features you request, such as active-walk tracking and care predictions in LeashLife;
• respond to your messages and support requests;
• send you service and, where you've opted in, launch or early-access updates; and
• comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

• with people you choose to share with (for example, members of your LeashLife household);
• with service providers who process data on our behalf, including Supabase (database, hosting, and authentication), email-delivery providers, and, where paid features are offered, Stripe for payment processing;
• with Google, through Google Analytics and Google Ads, so we can measure how our sites are used and advertise our own products — including showing you our ads again after you have visited ("remarketing"). This uses cookies and, where you are signed in to Google and have allowed ads personalisation, information Google already holds about you. We do not send Google your name, your email, or anything you have typed into our products;
• if required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users, the public, or Tribe Apps; and
• in connection with a business transfer (such as a merger or acquisition), subject to this Policy.

We use cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and operate the Services. Some features — such as saving your device and display settings — rely on local storage on your own device. Google Analytics and Google Ads also set cookies, which is how visits are counted and how our own ads can be shown to people who have been here before. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can turn off ads personalisation at myadcenter.google.com — though some features may not work without cookies.

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, then retain and delete it in line with our legal obligations and legitimate business needs. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time (see "Your rights").

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email our contact form and we will respond as required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. LeashLife is designed for the adults who manage a household's pets. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at our contact form and we will delete it.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including access controls and encryption in transit. LeashLife's on-device features — such as voice input — are designed to keep sensitive processing on your device wherever possible. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Tribe Apps is based in the United States, and our providers may process and store data in the U.S. and other countries. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
